All went great and right on time with the exception of four days of rain in the middle of the project. Not Apex's fault of course. They did everything we asked them too, including some little repairs on the back of our house, and returning everything the way it was before the project. Good clean up and mannerly workmen. Love how our "new house" looks now. Built in 1975

I did a ton of research before choosing Andy and the folks at Apex to replace the roof on my house. The decision turned out to be the best decision I could have made. Andy was right on time for our introductory meeting and took the time to sit down and answer all of my questions and explain the process. Of the 6 companies I chose to provide quotes, Andy was the only one who met me at the time we agreed upon, to the minute, and didn't rush through the process. The other contractors either dropped off a folder or showed up when they saw fit. The day of the work the workers showed up at exactly the time promised, to the minute. The job was finished an hour early and the surrounding areas were cleaner than when the job started. The roof looks awesome. Having your roof ripped off of your house from a storm but the folks at Apex were complete pros and made my life a whole lot easier. Thanks Andy!

We decided to go with - Apex Roofing. They came today and completed the job. It is amazing! The day Andy Deibel came to give us an estimate, he had computer software that gave us a visual on what each color shingle would look like on our roof. Thank heavens he had that program, because we would have gone with the same colored roof we had, but with archectual tile. When we saw how the same color shingle looked but with the archectual tile, we did not like the look at all. Initially, we thought we would not want charcoal because we thought it would make our house look too formal, but after seeing the pictures with his software, the charcoal looked great!! So we decided to go with the charcoal. Upon completion, our roof looks pretty much exactly like the photo his software depicted. I have included a picture of our house prior to the new roof, 2 pictures from his software showing us what different colors would look like, and the completed job. The workers were on time, did excellent work and cleaned up so well you would not have even known they were here. Andy stopped by himself today while the roof was being installed to see how things were going. We were very happy with their work. We got his name from our neighbors who used him to replace their roof last year. They were very happy with this company as well. That is why we called and included this company in our companies that we got estimates from. His price was very reasonable. He was honest and provided excellent work. If you are looking for a roofing company, I would highly recommend you include this company when you are looking at roofers. You won't be sorry!

James and Andy were a pleasure to work with. They offered excellent product choices, materials and advice. We have a 100 year old house that needed 3 roofs removed (including the original) which in itself was a messy, time and labor intensive process. The Apex crew handled all aspects of the job efficiently and professionally. Clean up was fastidious. Staff and subcontractors were available for the few unforeseen problems that arose. James was often on site and always available while the process was underway. Since completion, we’ve become aware of many little “extras” that were carried out. We couldn’t be happier with the finished product.

Andy and James of Apex Roofing and Exteriors were so very thorough in their area of expertise. Both gentleman were prompt, courteous, and thorough from the initial estimate phase to mid job phase, and through to the completed phase. The scheduling of the delivery and placement of roofing materials, and the Large Orange Can (dumpster used for old roofing shingles) were complete and accurate without any issues. Both Andy and James were in contact through each phase of the project, checking on progress and thoroughness of their crew. The crew handled themselves professionally and were meticulous in their approach with protection of the home and surrounding areas by covering grounds with tarps and cleaning up as they made progress. I have 6 grandchildren that love to play in our yard, and was concerned about the loose nails that fall during the removal of the old roofing materials, No worries after I witnessed the cleanup crew and the use of a magnetic tool that picked up the loose nails so well. I was impressed with how smoothly the whole process went and when all was said and done, other than a beautiful new roof, you would not have known that such a huge job had been undertaken in 2 days. I could not have been more impressed with each and every aspect of this companies owners, the crew, and the quality of work. I would definitely recommend Apex Roofing and Exteriors.

The new roof looks great. I have already noticed a difference in the temperatures in the house. It is helping to maintain the set temperature more consistently. The new roof is made of high quality materials. The crew that worked on my house was fantastic. They were polite, clean, and very professional. The Forman listened to my concerns and addressed each of them. The crew did an excellent job cleaning up. The owner stopped by to ensure I was happy and to give me the warranty on the roof. I would recommend this company to anyone. They totally get an A+ from this teacher!

The roof replacement was fantastic. I am 100% pleased. I highly recommend Apex roofing to do your roofing repair or replacement. I so had my gutters replaced with the roof. The house looks great!

Roof went fine. Complete tear-off, replace damaged underlayment, new ridge vents, ice dam shields, rain drip caps... They also recommended we replace four skylights when we do the roof... First time I heard that; apparently skylights and windows have a shelf-life of 10-15 years. Even if the skylights aren't leaking, when replacing the roof, the vibration can break the seal of the skylight. I consulted Angie's List blog, and opinions seem split on the matter. So, why not? Apex's price was still lower than other estimates, even with the skylights. What was most remarkable is Apex didn't require a deposit before work commenced. Even more remarkable, I had to remind them to pick up the payment. So I was pleased with the roof. The portico turned out to be more expensive than estimated, since the framing underneath the vinyl façade needed to be replaced. I thought they tried to overcharge for the added expense, but we settled on a final price. I received a verbal quote for 3 windows: 2 triple panel casements and a double double-hung. They brought in a window specialist who measured meticulously. Despite this, I thought their verbal quote was high, So I'm shopping the windows now. I haven't ruled them out, but need some comparisons.
